CHARLESTON MARINA ICE PLANT CONDENSER RENEWAL
The Oregon International Port of Coos Bay (“Port”) is holding a Sources Sought/Request for Information meeting and site visit, to obtain market research information regarding commercial methods and recommendations to renew the Condenser in the Charleston Marina Complex Ice Plant. A required site visit will be held at 8:00 a.m. PDT, September 26, 2019. Please contact John Buckley, Project manager for any additional questions.
COOS BAY RAIL LINE SAND REMOVAL
The Oregon International Port of Coos Bay (OIPCB), on behalf of the Coos Bay Rail Line (CBRL) is holding a Sources Sought, Request for Information (SS/RFI) meeting and site visit, to obtain market research information regarding commercial methods and recommendations to: (1) Remove sand that has moved across the rail lines and filled the cribs; (2) Clear both sides of the tracks to a point that the rail can be returned to operation and meet FRA safety standards.

NEW AUTOMOBILE LEASE
The Oregon International Port of Coos Bay (“Port”) is requesting proposals for lease vehicles (to include a purchase option for specified vehicles), and to include all regular manufacturer required monthly/annual maintenance, which shall be performed in a facility within 30 miles or within the city limits of Coos Bay and North Bend, Oregon. The lease vehicles shall be returned prior to reaching the vendor maximum mileage (without incurring additional cost to the Port) in exchange for new similarly equipped vehicles.
