Coos Bay Rail Line, Inc. is a subsidiary under the Oregon International Port of Coos Bay and has its own Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is made up of Port Commission members, Port staff and Port stakeholders. The primary duty and function of the Board of Directors is to establish policies and strategic decisions for Coos Bay Rail Line operations.
