The Oregon International Port of Coos Bay is seeking public comment on the Port’s Strategic Business Plan prior to formally adopting the plan. 

The Port's Strategic Business Plan was developed in collaboration with Points Consulting, and outlines a comprehensive roadmap to guide the Port's goals and investments over the next decade.  The plan aims to guide the Port in enhancing regional economic development, supporting maritime industries, and fostering sustainable growth while maintaining transparency and community engagement.
