Port Participation in Community Meetings – March 25, 2026

A quorum of the Board of Commissioners of the Oregon International Port of Coos Bay may be present at either of the following public community meetings:
  
An Open House, in partnership with the City of Coos Bay and AKS Engineering, will be held regarding a feasibility study exploring the potential development of a 100-acre site in the city of Coos Bay.  The open house will be held on Wednesday, March 25 at 6:00 p.m. at the Eastside Elementary School Cafeteria, located at 370 2nd Avenue, Coos Bay, OR 97420. 
  
A Community Meeting hosted by the Concerned Citizens of Empire to discuss the potential impacts of the Pacific Coast Intermodal Port (PCIP) Project.  The meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 25 at 6:00 p.m. at the Dolphin Playhouse, located at 580 Newmark Avenue, Coos Bay, OR 97420. 
  
Although a quorum of the Board of Commissioners may be present at either meeting, there will be no deliberation or decisions made regarding any Port or PCIP business.  In accordance with Port policy, these are not considered public meetings of the Board.
