The Port of Coos Bay is soliciting Statements of Interest from qualified parties regarding the potential purchase of Port-owned industrial waterfront property located at 341 Newmark Street, North Bend, Oregon 97459.  The property consists of approximately 1.56 acres of bayfront industrial land with deep-draft waterfront access and Highway 101 frontage, is zoned Heavy Industrial (MH), and is subject to a long-term lease.  Questions regarding this RFI must be submitted in writing no later than April 1, 2026.
