The City of Coos Bay is accepting proposals from a qualified firm to analyze the feasibility of housing development. The City of Coos Bay, in partnership with the Oregon International Port of Coos Bay, have identified a potential property in an area in Coos Bay identified as Eastside.  The feasibility study will be a comprehensive analysis of the proposed housing project and provide guidance to the community of whether or not this site is viable.   This feasibility study is a crucial preliminary step toward securing additional funding and advancing the necessary infrastructure improvements if the site is deemed suitable.  
  
To receive consideration, proposal packages must be submitted in accordance with the instructions included in the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents available for download on the City of Coos Bay website.  Proposals are due to the City by 3:00 pm on October 23, 2025.
