MARITIME COMMERCE
The Port of Coos Bay is the largest
deep-draft coastal harbor between San Francisco and Puget Sound.  An average of 2.5 million tons of cargo moves through
the port, which is Oregon's second-
busiest maritime commerce center.

Its short, 15-mile channel and experienced maritime labor force means that
commodities easily and efficiently move through the harbor's marine terminals to domestic and international markets.
