The Port of Coos Bay now has two
live webcams!
Please note - When you click
each link you will be opening
another browser window. It may ask
you to install and Active X update,
you will need to do this to view the
webcams.
*** Also note:
If
you are running the
Windows Vista Operating System
- you will not
be able to see the webcams unless
you remove a program from your
system called Microsoft Silverlight.
To do this, go to your start button,
then go to the control panel. From
here, choose "add and remove
programs". Scroll down to find
"Microsoft Silverlight" and click on
remove. After this program is
removed, you should be able to
access the webcams.
It will also ask you for a user name
and password. Please use these:
User Name: guest

At certain times, the sun reflecting
off the water makes it hard to see,
but the weather changes rapidly so
give it a bit of time and check
back. The camera lens can also be
affected by extreme weather
conditions that can make it hard to
view in windy wet horizontal rain!
