Requests for Proposals


Proposals were received and opened on May 3rd, 2017 for the Oregon International Port of Coos Bay Charleston Shipyard - Stormwater Treatment System.  Port of Coos Bay staff conducted preliminary review and evaluation of the proposals and has issued the attached Notice of Intent to Award.  This notice is not an award or a notice to proceed.

Notice of Intent to Award

Port staff will recommend to the Port Commission for the Oregon International Port of Coos Bay that the contract for the stormwater treatment system be awarded to the recommended vendor at the regularly scheduled Port Commission meeting to be held on May 15th, 2017.

Oregon law requires any protest to this intent to award be filed with the Owner within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of this notice.  The award will be final upon the later of the following:  eight (8) calendar days after the date of this Notice of Intent to Award or until the Owner provides a written response to all timely-filed protests that denies the protest and affirms the award. 

RFP - Storm Water System for Charleston Shipyard 

Addendum Number 1, 2 & 3 to the Oregon International Port of Coos Bay’s Request for Proposals for the Charleston Stormwater Treatment System has been issued.  This addendum has been issued to inform all potential responders to provide clarification and answer questions received.  This addendum was provided to all prospective Bidders who received the Bid Documents from the Port.

All proposers must acknowledge receipt of all addendums in their proposals.  Failure to do so may lead a proposal to be declared nonresponsive. 
The bid due date remains May 3rd, by 2:00 pm.
