The Point Adams facility is located in the Charleston Marina Complex in Charleston, OR and is a fish processing and cold storage facility. The Port purchased the Point Adams facility after it had fallen into disarray under the last owner. The Point Adams facility is approximately 10,500 square feet. The facility includes cold storage, potential for ice production, product processing and is right next to the fuel dock. The building has three levels including offices, bathrooms and showers. The facility needs about $1.5 million in renovation and rehabilitation efforts.
