Current Career Position:
Southern Region Supervisor for the Aspire Program, Oregon Student
Assistance Commission.
Education Background/Highlights:
A graduate of Marshfield High School and Oregon State University.
Work History/Highlights:
Caddy has worked in her current position since 2001.
Civic & Professional Activities:
Has served on the Coos Bay School District Board of Directors;
Bob Belloni Ranch, Inc., Board of Directors; and the Mingus Park
Pool Management Board of Directors. She also volunteers for the
Oregon Community Foundation as a Grant Evaluator. Caddy serves as
Vice President of the Port’s Board of Commissioners and represents
the Port on the Coos County Urban Renewal Agency – North Bay
District Board.
Family Information:
She and her husband Jeff have been married for 29 years and live in
Coos Bay. They have two grown children, 25-year-old Bradford and 24-year-old Molly.
Special Interests:
Caddy enjoys spending time at her family’s home at Agness on the Rogue
River.
Comments:
Caddy’s interest in serving on the Port Commission stem from her
deep roots in the community. She is committed to the Coos Bay/North
Bend area and to the south coast region and feels that the Port
needs to play a significant role in the growth and economic
development of the south coast by helping to develop a stable
economic base that provides family-wage jobs.
