The Business Center at South Coast Regional Airport operates as a business incubator for “start up” businesses and entrepreneurs in the South Coast Region.  The facility is managed and jointly operated by the Oregon International Port of Coos Bay and the Business Development Center of Southwestern Oregon Community College.   

The Business Center (BC) creates an atmosphere of shared business services and management expertise.  Terms of a lease at the BC include support services and related costs as an integrated lease package.  While not all services provided in the lease may be needed by every tenant firm, the services are available on an as-needed basis.  Management guidance and support are provided through the assistance of the Business Center.
